Steve Petherick has over 20 years experience working for a Multi-National Japanese trading company (Mitsui & Co.) He has initiated and sustained business in more than a dozen countries with his department’s portfolio included more then 30 different products and services totaling more the 100 million in FOB sales.  He also has been directly involved with the introduction of numerous outside companies to Corporate Management for capital investment.  

He has served on the board of directors of the following companies, Mitsui Lifestyle, Full90 Sports, Portac (Lumber mill in Tacoma) and RF-Code and is currently on the Board for API Labs (www.api-labs.com). 

Mr. Petherick now manages his own company, Pan Pacific Alliance, LLC.  Pan Pacific Alliance will support current business opportunities and is currently develops new business and investment prospects. 

Melanie Petherick has over 25 years experience in the design and construction industry.  She has spent the last 20 years focused on highly technical healthcare projects including hospitals, laboratories, vivariums, and bio-pharmaceutical research and manufacturing facilities. 

She managed the engineering and architectural staff during her 15 years at Certified Facilities and maintained design responsibility as Engineer of Record for the Company.

She is currently supporting the design and project management needs for high-tech client with her vast cGMP and energy conservation expertise.
