Mr. Petherick has over twenty
years of international trade and marketing experience. His range of expertise
is vast, representing personal products, sports equipment, RFID projects, foodstuffs, apparel, home goods, and many other
capital goods manufactured both domestically and abroad, while maintaining relationships with current and past associates. His excellent communication skills and desire to learn about current technologies
allow him to offer a broad range of knowledge and worldwide industry contacts.
Mr. Petherick began his
international trade career with Mitsui, USA and spent 20 years of service as follows:

Document specialist: Focused on contracts, bills of lading, supply
line management and other trade documents.

Marketing Manager: Responsible for promoting products in both Japan and
the US.
·
Senior Marketing Manager: Continued his Marketing Manager role and also
developed Business Plans for the Departments and managed staff to support import and export activities and paperwork.
·
General Manager of General Merchandise Department: Continued Senior Marketing
Manager role and was also accountable for oversight on marketing and business staff, was charged with development of new business,
and point of contact reporting to Senior Vice President.

General Manager of the Mitsui Lifestyle Department: Same GM role for a
different department.
As a General Manager Mr.
Petherick was responsible for all aspects of the department as well as being an active member, vigorously involved in creating
new business while managing the members of the department. He started business
with many Fortune 500 companies, while at Mitsui, including; Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Goodyear, GM, Boeing, Safeway,
Dell, Micron, Walgreen’s, Nike, McDonnell Douglas, Intel, Microsoft, and Philips.
In addition to those well-known businesses, he worked extensively with many small venture capital supported companies
Mr. Petherick is currently
President of Pan Pacific Alliance which he created to promote business and technology development for American and Asian businesses. He supports trade and investment efforts with his former Mitsui associates and with
other clients in Asia, Canada and the United States. His extensive network of
worldwide industry contacts and depth of knowledge allow Mr. Petherick to develop a large range of business opportunities
for his clients.
Mr. Petherick’s understanding
of contractual issues, import and export licensing, currency exchange rates, duties on products and potential political trade
issues, enables him to facilitate negotiations with and for his clients, instilling confidence that their needs are being
